The house has 2 bedrooms. The master contains a king bed and the second twins. Two additional people may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.

The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room, living room and library. Decks face the ocean and Halekalala.

The pool house overlooks the private pool and contains a studio kitchen and L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.

The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.
