Welcome to paradise and Florida's best kept secret! Literally ON THE BEACH, our newly built 3 BR/3 BA Summerwind West Condo is a gorgeous gulf-front unit situated on an island, giving you and your family more privacy and seclusion, yet still having every convenience imaginable. Located in Navarre Beach, Florida, only 20 miles west of Destin, you will be free from the crowds and traffic while being directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf with a beach-side pool and jacuzzi.

Our condo offers incredible panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Our towering 11 foot ceilings (found only on the 2nd floor and penthouse units- all other units have 9 foot ceilings) combine with huge windows, ceiling height sliding glass doors, a large mirrored wall and a wrap around balcony to afford you breathtaking views from just about anywhere inside the condo. Imagine gazing at a sugar-white beach and emerald green waters all day long!

This is a VERY large unit.... nearly 1,700 square feet. (1,400 sf cooled interior space and almost 300sf of balcony). It is tastefully decorated in a tropical "beachy" style.

Need to surf....the net? No problem. We have a computer desk in the living room with a flat screen COMPAQ computer and wire-less High-Speed Internet service.

Sleeping accommodations could not be more complete! We have a super-firm King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Bed in the 2nd Bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd room. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Of course, all rooms have there own bathrooms as well as TV's and phones. in addition, all rooms have either a DVD player or a VCR.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you can imagine for a long, comfortable stay: Corian Countertops and breakfast bar, white cabinets with raised panel doors, White-on-White Frigidaire appliances including refrigerator w/ice maker, self-
cleaning oven, space saver microwave, dishwasher and disposal.

Have small children or babies? We do!..... and our condo is designed with them in mind. Large crib in the Master Bedroom, highchair in the dining room, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom.

Need to do laundry? Our unit is equiped with a Full-size washer and dryer.

Our Master bath is also beautiful and spacious. It features both a large Marble Tub PLUS a standing glass surround shower. There is also a double marble vanity with plenty of drawers.
